Salary: Competitive / £10.00 to £20.00 per hour depending on experience and qualification level
Job Type: Part Time, 10-15 hours per week split over two days

We have a wealth of experience and a proven track record in sourcing property investment opportunities, refurbishing buildings, letting space and property management.
We currently own and manage a growing portfolio, including serviced offices, retail space and industrial units, located across London and the south of England.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing business with excellent career progression and a flat management structure.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the sales ledger, purchase ledger, VAT and payroll
• Providing book keeping support
• Reconciling the bank
• Preparing, processing and issuing invoices and ensuring all fees have been charged
• Chasing debtors
• Check petty cash and input expenses
• Entering supplier invoices into sage
• Processing supplier and expense payments
• Dealing with client and supplier queries swiftly and professionally
• Processing VAT, collating information and on time submission
• Processing Payroll
• Preparing monthly management accounts and reconciliations
• Cash flow and liquidity analysis, and management of debt interest and capital repayments
• Credit control
• Posting journals
• Preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting
• Filing where needed
• Assisting with general enquiries and admin
• Liaising with suppliers
• You will report directly to the Managing Director
Candidate Specification
• Display a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude at all times
• Have a professional approach and excellent work ethic
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meeting deadlines but with a good attention to detail
• Effective organisational and planning skills
• Strong numeracy skills and computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good telephone manner
• Sensitivity to confidential matters and trustworthiness
• Previous accounting knowledge and proven bookkeeping experience
• Accounting qualification
• Experienced in using Sage 50 and Excel
• Capable of introducing own ideas into the business
• Focus or some previous experience with commercial property would be a bonus
• Excellent references.
