Finance Assistant Job in London

Artist Residence is an eccentric bunch of fun and small hotels. As our operation is growing we are looking for a Finance Assistant.
At Artist Residence we try to stay away from formality and job description but here are some of the task you will be undertaking.
· Reconciliation of supplier statements/invoices
· Ensuring all invoices are inputed in Xero
· Follow up/resolve any query from suppliers
· Follow up/resolve customer queries regarding payments
· Reconciliation of Hotel and F and B payments
· Reconciliation of "House accounts" and "Voids/Comps"
· Address any issue with the General Managers and communicate with Directors and Finance Manager
· Help the Finance Manager to implement best practice policies within the company
What are the core skills we are looking for:
· Attention to detail
· Professional manners
· Be able to work for a fast paced environment
· Team player
· Costumer focus
· Time keeping and ability to prioritise
· Xero and Receipt Bank as accounting system knowledge (would be an advantage but not essential)
· Expert in the Office suite (mainly Word and Excel)
About you:
· Fun and friendly
· Previous experience in finance (hospitality related is an advantage)
