Finance Administrator Required

We are an established business with a £140m turnover and we are now seeking a Sales Ledger and Credit Controller to join our friendly team in London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a sales ledger or credit control professional to build on their existing experience within a large and innovative organisation.

As an Investors in People accredited organisation, we offer extensive training and recognised qualifications to enable employees to learn and progress.
As a Sales Ledger and Credit Controller, you'll perform all billing, credit control and ad hoc finance duties.

In this newly created role, you will produce and distribute invoices in an accurate and timely manner. You'll respond to incoming letters, emails and telephone calls and proactively resolve any queries or invoice disputes.

Additionally, your duties will involve:

- Collecting cash and managing aged debt on the sales ledger.
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and branches.
- Forecasting cash on a weekly basis
- Producing aged debt and billing reports.

Interested? To be considered, you will need at least one years experience gained within a credit control and/or sales ledger role. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure are also key.

As a Sales Ledger and Credit Controller, you'll have strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. A quick and thorough learner, you'll also have a great eye for detail and superb prioritisation abilities.
