Finance Administrator - £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Flower Station are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly team in Chalk Farm, London. Ideally the successful candidate will start on Monday 27th November.
The successful candidate will have ahigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as an ability to work accurately at speed to ensure all aspects are run efficiently. On a daily basis you will be processing and reconciling invoices, accounts reporting and administration including data entry, as well as filing and archiving. In addition you will be responsible for VAT processing and submissions, as well as additional and ad-hoc account management.

Essential Requirements
Good level of accounts experience (2-3 years)
Confidence with reconciling invoices
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as good knowledge MS Office suite
Confidence with Sage 50 Accounts
Bookkeeping
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Multi-task oriented
Strong attention to detail
Previous administration experience with finance
Desirable experience
AAT qualifications
Accounts Management experience
Cash-flow / Forecasting experience.
