Field Service Operative

Key Responsibilities:

·         Installation and maintenance service support of Company products.

·         Conduct site surveys and report.

·         Being the “Face” of the Company.

Qualifications and Skills

·         Desirable skills would be a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating or IEE wiring regulations (17th Edition), or equivalent experience.

·         Common sense and diagnostic skills.

·         Current certificates in Working at Height and Enclosed Spaces would be an advantage.

·         Valid, clean driving licence.

·         Qualifications or experience in Jetting and CCTV operation would be advantageous.

·         Food Safety Level 2 qualification.

·         Familiar with CRM tools such as Clik or similar.

·         Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

·         Able to work flexible hours as required to meet our customer needs and be available to travel and work away from home as required.
