We are now listed in over 1200 stores nationwide, including Waitrose, Ocado, Selfridges and Sainsbury’s.
CHIKA’S is now looking for a Field Sales Representative who is a committed and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities and Duties
Field Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
A Field Sales Representative here at CHIKA’S will be knowledgeable and enthuse passion for the CHIKA’S brand.
• Be inquisitive to identify customers’ needs and have the ability to offer informed solutions.
• Perform product presentations to large and small groups.
• Be a credible and trusted source of industry and product information for customers.
• Show determination to achieve goals and hit targets.
• Interpret sales reports and identify market and product opportunities.
• Participate in team sales meetings and share product / market knowledge beneficial to the rest of the team.
• Work with clients and our team to develop new products from concept through to production.
• Generating leads
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Qualifications and Skills
• A genuine desire to meet and surpass targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good administrative, organisational and time management skills.
• A high level of self motivation.
• Some relevant Field Sales experience
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Salary: £20k plus commission
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00 /year
