Job Summary
Field and flower was founded in 2010 by two friends, one a farmer and the other a food lover. We’re now a leading UK food subscription business specialising in grass fed, free range meat and sustainable fish. As our business is rooted in traditional British farming, our aim is to reconnect the customer with the farm and provide ethical produce which tastes fantastic.
We’ve recently raised almost £1M from our recent crowdfunding initiative and now require 30 amazing sales people to help us deliver 100,000 new customers in Greater London by 2020. Our goal is to become THE major online retailer for meat and fish in the UK.
