Care Supervisor required to join our busy, friendly care team in Newham.
Reports to: Registered Care Manager
We are looking for experienced supervisors who are self-motivated, great at communicating and are able to help our customers achieve their target outcomes are able to support our care and support workers in delivering the person centred care to achieve this. experience in domiciliary care is essential and ideally you will possess a minimum of QCF Level 2/3 or equivalent, or be working towards this qualification.
Purpose of role
To make sure customers achieve their required outcomes through the delivery of excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. Compassion, good communication and organisational skills together with a professional and caring manner are all attributes we are looking for in the ideal candidates.
Key responsibilities
Support the registered Care Manager
With the efficient running of a team and group of customers by designated area.
To deliver services that are safe, effective, and that respond to each customer’s needs and preferences and achieve their required outcomes.
Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
