We are currently looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor to support our homecare contract in Hillington. MiHomecare, a leading provider are recruiting exceptional individuals who can deliver a quality service and be proactive within the role.The role will include: -* Supervising delegated Branch Support Workers* Providing appropriate supervision, training and support (including liaison as necessary with the training service)* Assessment and review of Customer needs to produce the appropriate care plan in line with contract requirements.* Promoting a professional image of the company in dealing with new care packages for Customers and commissioning authorities.* Flexibility to help deliver care when required.The successful candidates will be experienced support/care workers and be committed to delivering a high quality service. You will have experience in risk assessment and mentoring and/or staff supervision. You will also be able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.NVQ2 or equivalent in Health and social care - or equivalent - is desired. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required. Please apply with an updated CV.
