Female Waking Night Carer Nights

We are looking for a professional, attentive and kind carer to provide night care for our beloved mother who is 70 years old, housebound and has Parkinson's disease.
Job Overview:
3 nights per week 9pm - 8am
To start as soon as possible
£10/hour
NHS funded
Long-term placement
DBS required
Job Tasks:
- Assist with personal hygiene and continence care
- Transfer via wheelchair, lift and turn in bed
- Maintenance of sleeping quarters
- Monitoring medication and providing reminders
- Making breakfast and cleaning up
Essential Characteristics:
- Cheerful and positive personality
- Pleasant and polite manner
- Speak and understand English
- Great communicator and excellent listening skills
- Able to follow instructions to do what the disabled person asks them to do
- Lots of patience
- Strong: trained to lift and turn
- Professional attitude
- Reliable
- Attentive and kind
- Willingness to adapt to the changing demands of the patient
- Care experience
- Nursing background (not necessary)
- Non-smoker
