Female Support Worker in London

£12-£15 Gross per hour. Compassionate *Female support worker with complex medical needs experience required for Emma (16)
Title: *Female Support Worker | TW3
Location:  Hounslow, TW3
Nearest Train / Tube Station:  Whitton or Hounslow main line.
Wage: £12 - £15 gross per hour depending on experience.
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty
Essential: Supporting children or young people with complex care, tracheostomy and ventilation.
Start Date:  as soon as possible
Days and Hours: Full time (37.5 hours), mixture of shifts.
Emma 16, is a sweet and lovely young lady! She is a wheelchair user and requires support with all her transfers. She uses ventilation support and has a tracheostomy. Emma can communicate well but fatigues easily.
This role will involve supporting Emma 1:1 with her day and night time routines and most importantly ensuring her safety and providing a high standard of care and support. Acting as Emma’s personal assistant you will accompany her to college, social activities, other appointments, including supporting her on holiday abroad, supporting her to live independently and fulfil her chosen lifestyle.
This job will suit confident, sensitive and experienced support workers who have a real passion for supporting young people with additional needs. Someone with great communication skills and a calm and caring manner will really fit in well with this lovely family.
