Job description
As a Front team member you’ll be the first line of contact for Farm Girl @ Sweaty Betty customer.
Key is to provide superior customer service while assisting them in food selections, nutrition questions, coffee orders and merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and maintain the Farm Girl Ethos*.
Must-haves
• Customer Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services in a fast paced and high volume environment. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining health and safety standards and personal hygiene.
• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships: The candidate must develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients/staff, and maintain them over time.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates: The candidate must provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person in a timely and efficient manner.
• Passion about food, fitness and overall wellness
Key responsibilities
• Deliver first class customer service at all times
• Greet, assist and check in customers
• Respond to customer questions at the café and per phone and email
• Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Guide customers with regards to the superfoods, new specials and new products
• Deliver quality protein smoothies, fresh products and customer service at the counter
• Handle pre-orders and orders on the spot
• Have flexibility with schedule, having the ability to work weekends, holidays and morning.
• Maintaining a basic knowledge of the last updates on Sweaty Betty products and classes.

• Strong customer service skills

• Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy
• Responding to clients request with a can-do attitude
• Cooperative manner with an optimistic attitude
• Ability to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment
• Have an eye for detail and care for the café’s appearance and cleanliness
• Work as a cohesive team with all Farm Girl and Sweaty Betty staff members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
