Family Support Worker in London

A busy and rewarding role supporting a small family in their daily lives; myself, a seriously ill single mother, and my son, a funny and imaginative 8 yr old.
Key areas of work include:
Nannying: Getting my son ready for school, drop off and pick ups, taking him to clubs, activities, playdates. Helping with learning and encouraging with hobbies e.g, acting, music, swimming, cycling. Joining in and having fun too!
Sole care and shared care when helping me to join in.
PA/ disability support: ordering repeat prescriptions, taxis and making phone calls, appointment changes etc. Helping me get to activities outside the home e.g. Hospital appointments, school pick ups, charity and business events. Daily help with pain management, mobility, scooter battery charging and pushing manual wheelchair occasionally.
Housekeeping: Shopping, tidying, cooking, some cleaning and organizing/ liaising with other helpers/ employees. Creating a safe, accessible home environment that I can always get around and use. Helping me with projects to improve me and my sons home.
I’m looking for a candidate who has insight into the reality of what it means to be disabled, and be an independent single mother. Someone who can understand the impact it has on us as a family.
And really importantly, someone who can bring warmth and positive vibes through the front door!
Candidates must be:

Reliable: because of the responsible nature of the job, where reliability and punctuality are a must.
Good social skills
Articulate: Extremely fluent / near native English speaker and writer.
Organised
Clear DBS
Non smoker

Childcare experience is essential
Practical carer experience is not essential. An insight into disability and how it affects family life is highly desirable.
Would suit a recent grad
​And of course it would be great to have some similar interests to my son eg biking, acting and theatre, minecraft, swimming to name but a few!
Days and hours:
Tuesday to Friday, split shift in school term time, full days in holidays.
Term time:
8:00Am to 9:15am x 3 mornings a week (paid for 3 hours) and.
8:00-11:00 X 1 morning a week by prior arrangement.
And 3.00pm to 8.00pm each afternoon
School holidays:
8Am-8pm Tues – Fri except for holiday camps and holidays.

Overall: 32 hours in total term time, with extra hours by mutual agreement.
Up to 48 hours in school holidays, excepting prearranged holiday camps etc.
Pay: £14-16 per hr gross depending on experience (with a guaranteed minimum monthly salary)
