Family PA and Home Manager Full Time Flexible Start Date

We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 12 (girl), 11 (boy) and 5.5 (boy)
If you are naturally organized, have a high sense of service and a calm and caring disposition, please consider this role— Maybe you’ve worked very well in an office environment, but feel a need for a change, a more casual fun environment or just nicer people with less politics. The ideal candidate is an office professional that love kids and can appreciate how much work goes into taking care of a family.
This role is fun, challenging and multi-faceted.  We are a very down-to-earth family, not too fancy, not too glam.  We care about the people that come into our lives and work with us.  Our current house manager is leaving us after 10 years.  Our cook has been with us for almost 7 years.  We are hoping to find someone on a long-term basis.  We both work, so this role is vital to our family well being.
This role requires a natural manager, with an ability to lead through influence and persuasion (especially with the kids).  He/she will work alongside a cook and a housekeeper. Your ability to stay cool, calm and keen under any circumstance is a valuable quality for this role.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
-Family diary management (must know excel like a wiz and work well with all calendars on outlook and iCal), must be able to communicate with our corporate PA on parents calendars to ensure no clashes and availability.
-Booking travel (managing avios points, communicating with concierges, booking activities on holidays)
-Researching travel, activities, cities
-Booking restaurants and event management for birthdays and small dinner gatherings.
-Managing invoices, creating and running spreadsheets to ensure all service providers are paid.
-Can handle and run a budget for expenses.
-Managing/booking transport for children to activities.
-Managing/booking kids activities--tutors, singing, music lessons, sports lessons, physio, dentists, doctors, haircuts, etc.
-Managing/booking appointments for the whole family.
-Managing children’s school matters in coordination with parents- permission slips, teacher meeting dates, supplies, lunches, reporting to school on absences, doctors appointments etc…
-Managing home staff holidays, priorities and coverage.
-Setting a weekly menu and communicating menu with the cook-interest and passion for healthy food is a plus.
-Ordering food via ocado and other sources.
-Running errands (framing Art, returning items, some food shopping, general shopping for gifts, etc.)
-Managing and coordinating maintenance service providers (builders, electricians, plumbers, handyman)
-Overseeing the housekeeping staff to ensure home is maintained to a high standard.
-General Home organisation, decluttering on an ongoing basis alongside employer.
Other Details:
-3-5 Years previous experience as an executive assistant, Home manager, nanny/pa.
-Must speak and write English
-Visa and permits to work in UK
-Driving is a plus. But we are flexible and use Uber a lot.
-7Am to 6pm daily during school term time.
-8:30-6Pm during school holidays
-20 Days paid holiday (10 days must overlap with family as we travel 5 weeks a year)
-Must be available for phone interview July 18-Aug 10th and for in person interview in London Aug 10th onwards.
-Salary quoted on an annual Gross basis around £35k per annum. Higher will be considered based on skills and experience. Annual bonus is also given for exceptional service.
