Facilities assistant role at RNR Property Group.
We’re a boutique office operator specialising in smart accommodation for creative and tech companies, start-ups and agencies. We’re acquiring buildings in sought-after areas, that we refurbish and convert into high-end office spaces. Our strong team is aiming to give our clients an excellent home for their business.
RNR Property is looking for a dynamic individual to join their small operations team as a Facilities Assistant. This is a very versatile role and the successful candidate will face new tasks every day. This new position requires a confident, outgoing person, who is not afraid of new challenges and has strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Client service: Assisting with client queries and resolving minor maintenance-related or technical issues on multiple sites and via email and phone.
Being the first point of contact for clients for maintenance-related issues.
Liaising with contractors and suppliers
Contributing to successful construction-related project delivery.
Ad-hoc duties as required
You will succeed in this role if you:
Are highly organised
Can do basic DIY duties
Can work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Have strong interpersonal skills
Are able to work independently
You will be reporting to the company’s Operations Manager and work closely with the directors of the company.
