As an F45 Studio Manager, you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, have a passion for sales an relationship building, assess member fitness levels, promote the studio within the local area and manage the day to day operations of the studio.

Responsibilities:
Deliver High Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes
Motivate members during and after training
Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology
Ensure clients are using correct form at all times Inspire and promote an energetic environment
Manage the performance of the studio
Manage sales and studio KPI’s
Manage a team of trainers and assist with their development
Continue to build the community culture of the studio
Skills and experience:
experience delivering Group Fitness sessions (*preferably F45 sessions but not essential)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of trainers
• Ability to motivate members Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal oriented Passion, enthusiasm and genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
• Excellent attention to detail Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
Cert III in Group Fitness Current Senior First Aid and CPR All necessary registrations and insurances
