External Site Manager3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a site manager who has experience in external management. The client is an established Tier 1 construction company who are a leading player in the resedential market. The project will be a high rise apartment block and the successfull candidate will be responsible for the building envelope.You will be responsible for:* Health and safety of operatives on site* Managing sub-contractors* Ensuring externals work to programme and budget* Overseeing external packages including: Windows, Cladding, Balconies, Scaffolding, Brickwork* Quality assurance What we are looking for:* Ideally looking for someone with 5 + years experience in site management* Have experience working in external management previously* Worked on multi million developments previously.
