About the role:
As Assistant Manager/ Supervisor you will be reporting to the owners and will be responsible for providing excellent customers service. Will also contribute on operations activity such, budget, recruitment, training.
Main Responsability and Duties
- Cellar management
- Staff training and development
- Take responsibility for driving the front of house operations
- Enchancing the guest exsperience
- Eastabilish, manage, and control the day operation, continuously improving standard.

- Passionate about Food and Beer
- Exsperieced with craft beer/ale management
- Holding a personal licence will advantage for the position
