We are currently seeking an Express Facilities Manager in the London/Essex area.
You will be responsible for leading the onsite Cleaning Operatives ensuring service delivery standards and specifications are met within budget across a geographical area. Duties will include supervision of cleaners, building positive working relationships with customers and completion of quality audits across your geographical area.
Applicants should be able to work to a high standard, be flexible whilst under pressure and possess good interpersonal skills. Must have experience within the cleaning industry. Applicants must retain a high level of initiative and have supervision experience in cleaning or any relevant industries. Full driving license is essential as a company vehicle will be provided.
