A Central London Pan-Asian Restaurant is looking for Sushi Chef and Chef de Partie with experience in asian cuisine and working in a busy kitchen to join their team.
Located in Mayfair this is an exciting restaurant. You will be working with the finest of ingredients to provide delicious Pan-Asian food. With around 100 covers the restaurant is fast-paced.
The ideal candidates will have several years' experience working in any aspects of Asian cuisine. You need to be passionate about food, be organised, work at speed to keep up with the fast paced nature of the kitchen, as well as a desire to learn as the potential for career development is huge. Your knowledge of this type of cuisine should be of a good standard and you should be of a high standard in HACCP and food hygiene.

This job salary is very generous depending on previous experience and will be 40-50 hours.
