We are looking for a brilliant supervisor to join our team at Duke of Sussex(part of the fast growing Hippo Inns Pub group). Located on the bustling Waterloo, this fun and quirky site serves up exactly what the location needs- great Char coal Grilled Chicken along with delicious wines, craft beer and a great ambience.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced at the same level in a similar position
- Passionate about delivering great food, drink and service
- Self- motivated, proactive and highly organised
- Familiar with FOH and BOH operating systems
- Able to communicate well with team members from all divisions
- Happy to work with the operations team to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Able to see the funny side- a good sense of humour is essential!
