Well established independent restaurant in Richmond is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Chef who has experience in Italian cuisine and happy to take responsibilities for the day to day running of the kitchen.
This role is a hands on role as it is a small kitchen with a team of 5 in total including the KP.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and therefore all staff work split shifts but a shift is an average of 5.5 hours to 6 hours.
You will require to work at least 55 hours per week over 5 days or 6 days. You will work 9 shifts per week.
Salary will depend on experience but to give an idea, it is £25,000 gross per annum for the sous chef working 9 shifts per week or £23,000 gross per annum working 8 shifts per week.
or starting salary of £30,000 gross per annum for the Chef position, working 9 shifts per week.
