We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist the Head chef in running the kitchen producing high quality meals.
You will need to demonstrate:
• Creativity and high standards of food production and presentation.
• Consistently high personal standards combined with 100% belief in your product.
• Good food knowledge (good understanding of ingredients and their uses).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Assisting the Head Chef with Budgeting and Cost Control. Skills,
Qualifications and experience
• You must have at least three years relevant experience and NVQ level 2 but a NVQ level 3 would be preferred but not necessary.
This position is primarily a Monday to Friday, hours will be typically 40 hours per week based over days and evenings each week with occasional weekend work required depending on our client needs.
