The recently Refurbished Holly Bush in Hampstead is looking for a new sous chef, We have been one of the stand out pubs for a number of years and are progressing into a dining division where food really is the main focus. A historic pub with endless charm and a desire to serve the best food possible.
We are on the hunt for a new Sous Chef/ experienced Jnr Sous Chef to join our team.
For this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Ability to work with and respect fresh produce, ensuring excellent standards are met daily.
- Run a kitchen service in the absence of the head chef, with the ability to work alongside our strong existing team and gain the best from them.
- Ordering and stock management in absence of head chef
- Maintaining our high levels of Health and Safety and General Hygiene
- Develop dishes alongside the Head Chef
- Be part of progressive management team with Business decision making and day to day runnings of the business.
