We are a warm and friendly family with three girls aged 3, 6 and 8, living in Bow near to Victoria Park, east London. My eldest daughters are at primary school full-time, and my youngest is in the nursery class at the same school for three hours a day. I work as a museum curator and my partner is a university lecturer.
We are looking for an experienced sole-charge nanny to join our family from the end of May / beginning of June.
This is a full-time position working 35 hours a week (£350 per week). Regular hours will be 12pm-7pm, Mondays to Fridays, during school term-time, with some full days during the school holidays. In addition, occasional evening babysitting would be available.
We are looking for someone calm, positive and organised, with a minimum of three years experience as a sole-charge nanny.
The role will include:
- collecting the children from school
- organising a variety of playdates and after-school activities
- taking the children to after-school clubs
- preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children
- starting the bedtime routine each day, including supper, baths and getting the children into their pyjamas
- nursery duties including laundry for the children, washing up after the girls' meals, and helping to keep their bedrooms and play areas tidy.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years experience as a sole-charge nanny. experience of working within a family with multiple siblings is desirable. You will have first-aid training and be DBS checked. You must be eligible to work in the UK. A clean driving licence (minimum of one year) is desirable.
