We are representing a client which specialise in Resin Flooring. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to jump on board their construction team and help to deliver existing and new projects. The locations of the projects will vary, but, will be in and around the London area. The salary is negotiable.
• Location: London based
• Projects: Commercial and Residential Projects, New Build/Refurbishment - Majority of projects will include underground car parks
• Start Date: as soon as possible
• Salary: Negotiable (Permanent - Package will include Company Car)
Candidate:
Due to the nature of the Client and the projects, a Site Manager with experience in working with Resin Flooring will be ideal. As well as this suitable candidates should have the following:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Painting and Decorating Trade Background (Preferred not essential)
