Reports to: Head of Operations / Manager
Overall purpose of role:
In this guest facing role you will be responsible for guiding our guests through The New Black experience. To ensure all our guests feel welcome and are delivered service excellence by passionate and knowledgeable individuals.
Primary Responsibilities:
To greet and welcome every guest and guide them through The New Black experience
Work with colleagues to provide guests with excellent service
To have an interest in coffee and become knowledgeable about our roasters
Makes service personal, connects with guests, shows they care and delivers great service.
Ensures opening and closing procedures are completed to standard.
Ensure section is kept clean, tidy and organised complying with health and safety and food hygiene regulations, practices clean as you go.
Communicates effectively with others to ensure the highest possible standards at all times, providing smooth and timely service.
Able to demonstrate good product knowledge, refreshing knowledge and recommend food and drink to guests.
