The purpose of the Front of House role is to provide exceptional service to our customers, whilst ensuring that the business requirements are managed in an efficient way. We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with excellent service skills, to give a bespoke service to our clients.

experience required

At least one years’ experience of working in a busy reception or front of house role.
experience working in a salon environment is desirable.
Be warm, outgoing, confident, polite with excellent presentation.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Must be prepared to work 40 hours a week, 5 day week, Monday - Sunday.
Strong retail experience
Strong customer service skills and experience.
IT proficiency is a must
A highly organised approach to work and booking appointments for multiple staff members and maintaining the salon’s calendar.
