We require a highly driven and motivated Sales Manager to work directly with our CEO.
As a Sales Manager you will be expected to:
Create an effective outbound sales strategy
Advise and take the reigns in setting up an outbound sales team
Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
Be proactive and driven when sourcing quality leads and in driving campaigns forward
The ideal candidate will have:
experience in a Telesales / Sales Manager role (essential)
experience of working to both call and sales targets
The ability to win quality new business from leads generated on your own initiative
The ability to drive and achieve results from your team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work to your own initiative and as part of a team
