Our Client is currently looking for a highly experienced and professional RUSSIAN SPEAKING Concierge/Building Manager to oversee the smooth running of a private guest house with up to 15 VIP Russian Nationals. Their security and privacy is absolutely crucial, so the successful applicant will be discreet, highly professional and have a very high level of attention to detail. This is a temporary position for up to 6 months starting mid-June. You must be flexible and available to work from 7am-7pm, 5 days out of 7.As a Concierge your duties will include:
Main point of contact for the guests, taking on board any feedback or requests Responsible for the smooth running of the house holdIn charge of managing a team of 5 consisting of housekeepers and Chefs Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times Organising transport, making reservations, booking tickets to theatres, concerts and sporting events if requested Handling any other ad hoc requests in a timely manner.To be hands on with the guests assisting in general duties such as cleaning and delivering evening meals service Managing a high level of health and safety and food safety at all times Identify and reporting any H and S risks.
Qualifications, experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Fluent in Russian
experience in dealing with VIP clients or worked in a 5* luxury environment as Concierge.
Ability to work as an individual and use own initiative.
Well-organised and capable of prioritising their work.

Able to remain professional at all times.
Previous management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of safe working practices and Health and Safety legislation. This is an incredibly opportunity for somebody with experience working as a concierge, or private personal assistant to a family.
