The role 
As our Restaurant Manager you will be calling all the shots. We will give you scope to run the restaurant your way, using your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to keep driving us forward while championing our values and vision.
You will build a team of top talent and lead and coach them to deliver on every shift, every day ensuring they achieve their full potential.  You will always be there for your team, and you’ll be able to spot the talent in each of them, providing support and development to make sure they reach their full potential.
You will use your passion and knowledge of food to coach, develop and partner with your Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver the our food vision through every dish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Manager within fast food and high volume environments to develop their careers further. It will require you to think on your feet, go the extra mile, have desire and deliver autonomy. You will be a forward thinking, fast paced, inspirational leader.

What you’ll do: 
This job is a fine balance of commercial and people aspects; including, sales, targets, audits and training, as well as motivating the team to achieve great standards.
We are looking for a Manager to provide leadership at every level and you will be responsible for the smooth running of your busy restaurant by maintaining company procedures and standards as well as running your own shifts.
