We are a well established, fast growing recruitment consultancy based in Hammersmith, London looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
We need a confident and professional self-starter, who is target orientated, motivated and hardworking and has the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities include:
· Developing a good understanding of the industry
· Building relationships with clients and candidates
· Advertising vacancies
· Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
· Managing interviews and short-listing candidates
· Reference checking applicants
· Briefing candidates about the role, salary and benefits
· Preparing candidate’s profiles
· Finalising details between clients and candidates before a placement
· Following up with the clients and candidates after placement
· Working as a team with fellow consultants
Consultant Specification:
· Minimum 2 years recruitment experience preferred
· Good track record of billing and excellent oral and written communication
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent customer service skills
· Working knowledge of recruitment database packages- Bond Adapt version 11 or similar a distinct advantage (training provided)
· Strong personal values, including a commitment to professional and ethical behaviour
· A good team player willing to establish a good working rapport with colleagues
