Do you have a ready smile and a good telephone voice? Then come and be our receptionist in our lovely specialist dental practice in Harley Street.
The right person for this job will have extensive dental experience and a sound knowledge of dental treatments and techniques. You should have both the knowledge and confidence to be able to discuss treatments with patients by phone and in person.
You should be able to communicate well both in person and by telephone, have experience with Software of Excellence, and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
The other important attributes we are looking for are a cheerful and friendly personality, a willing attitude and good communication skills.
Your duties would include:
• being the first point of contact for patients
• establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship with the practices who refer to us
• being responsible for incoming referrals
• booking appointments and maintaining an efficient daily schedule for each clinician
• welcoming and looking after patients and visitors
• basic administration duties - confirming appointments, scanning and updating patients’ records, etc.
This job is full time, 5 days a week, and we hope it would be on a long term basis.
We would appreciate flexibility with the hours, but the basic working day is 8.45am – 5.15pm. The ideal start date is mid June.
Salary to be agreed, depending on experience.
