We are looking for an experienced hardworking and dedicated individual to take over the role of Property Manager in a busy branch in Kentish Town.
Your role is to assist the lettings team with any issues related to our portfolio of managed properties. You will be looking after a portfolio of roughly 120 properties, liaising with Landlords and tenants on a daily basis, organising the maintenance and general day to day requirements for those properties. You will be sending works orders to contactors. Putting invoices on the system for accounts. Dealing with deposit disputes and check in and check outs for properties. You will also be conducting property inspections for our landlords and as a result will have access to a company pool car. Candidates with a driving licence are preferable but not essential.
This is a very busy and demanding role and requires someone who is very organised and disciplined. There is a large amount of freedom with the role however as we are looking for someone who is able to work independently for large portions of the working day and is happy to be left to structure their day individually. This may be more suited to someone who has experience doing the role previously, however a handover and training will be given by our current property manager.
