British professional family seeking an energetic and conscientious experienced Household Couple to help manage a busy family home in the Surrey countryside.
The Housekeeper/Nanny should be well organised and enthusiastic. Extensive experience of working in in established private households amongst high quality furniture, experienced in the laundering and cooking light meals for two teenage daughters (15 and 18 y ears old).
Your role as a Nanny/Proxy Parent will be make sure the youngest daughter (15 yo) is fed and organised for school, then on her return have a meal prepared and help if required with any homework and organising her diary/events.
The gentleman must be experienced in driving in and around London and surrounding countryside, maintaining the property and be able to take responsibility for liaising with contractors and other third parties working in and around the grounds, but, also be hands on in carrying out general repairs and maintenance. Also happy to maintain the 13 acres,(3 acres of garden, 10 acres farmland), plus outdoor swimming pool.
English speaking and keen to stay in a role long term. You must have at least six years’ experience working within a private household.
This permanent position includes a one bedroomed self-contained apartment close to the country residence, paying a competitive salary for the right well qualified and experienced couple. Unfortunately not suitable for children.
First class references are a must, would be handy if both drivers, but, not essential.
