We are looking for experienced pizzaiolo/pizza chefs for immediate start at 400 Rabbits in Crystal Palace, south London.
We have head chef and regular chef positions available, and are offering a very competitive starting salary plus an equal share of tronc for both positions.

Our aim is to make the best sourdough pizza in London, and we have already won numerous awards and excellent reviews for our pizza in the national press.
We raise our dough for 48 hours and use a 'mother' starter, we then cook at around 400 degrees in a wood oven.
We are looking for full time chefs working a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts. approximately 45 hours a week.
