We are currently looking for an experienced pizza chef for our restaurant located in Lewisham, the restaurants name is 'Pizzaman'. It is a franchise from Italy that has 9 chains and we opened the first branch in the UK.
Our pizzas have received fantastic reviews and we aim to keep the quality as such. We do our pizzas with 3 different doughs, we have the standard Italian style sourdough, we also do Wholewheat and Gluten-free which is cooked in a separate oven from the others.
Our restaurant also offers salads and pastas, so it would be ideal if the pizza chef is familiar in that area.
