Along with up to date CV, please submit a 4 week exercise programme for a complete beginner who is looking at training 3 x per week.
Primary goal: Increased strength
Secondary goal: Increased cardio vascular fitness and mobility.
Furthermore please provide a concise summary of the theory behind the design of the programme, touching on key elements such as exercise selection, volume and rep ranges.

Salary: £1,400.00 to £2,500.00 /month
Summary:
We are a small specialist personal training business offering bespoke transformation packages to busy London professionals.
We are looking for one experienced personal trainer to join our team.
1 Month “on the job” in-house training is mandatory.
Successful candidate will progressively be given clients with the view to become full time (30 + hours of face to face PT per week)
Job Responsibilities:
Attend 1 x goal setting and performance review session per month with each client.
Create 1 x specific periodised exercise programme per month for each client.
Attend all face to face personal training sessions with each client.
Be contactable by mobile 24/7 for client support.
Check in 1 x per day with each client to proactively assess clients progress and provide support.
Attend 1 meeting per week with head coach and submit weekly progress report.
Maintain up to date diary
Be available 6 days per week for personal training sessions.
Most importantly the successful candidate must be willing to:
Learn and challenge their own belief system concerning exercise and nutrition.
Go above and beyond their job in order to ensure the success of their clients’ goals.
