This is a fantastic job for an experienced PA with experience in the Beauty industry.
The role will be work for a high profile client who is starting up a company to produce their own products and designs.  You will be working from an office in the West End area of Central London.
This will need someone who enjoys a very varied day. You will be doing basic PA duties such as keeping a diary, answering correspondence and emails, travel arrangements but you will also be involved in all aspects of the business so you will also talking to Press, the Marketing Company, the manufacturers, retail companies, etc.  The Principal already has a Private PA to cover their personal and home life, so your role will totally be involved in the business from start up and on going from there.
It is essential that you have worked in a similar role in the beauty industry - it can be on any side of the business from product to retail, but you must have a knowledge of the industry.  You will need to speak and write excellent English, have fantastic communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels, have a good business brain, well presented and ambitious enough to understand that this will be a great opportunity for your future.
As this is a start up business your hours of work can be discussed at interview but you will need to be available for a full time Monday to Friday role.  Salary will be in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 gross per annum, with reviews and bonuses available with the growth of the business.
