American Dry Cleaning Company established in 1990, we are the largest independent dry cleaning company in London. We employ over 160 happy staff, and currently have over 37 retail outlets throughout London in prime affluent areas. The Company is continuing to expand with the prospect of 3-4 more sites this year.
We are looking to recruit an Office Admin assistant with strong telephone skills in our Head Office in Colindale.
Would suit experienced back to work mum or freshly graduated uni student
To be considered for this role you must have:
Live locally to Colindale
Ability to communicate confidently with customers
Excellent spoken and written English and Strong Excel knowledge is essential
Work well under pressure in a small yet dynamic admin team that supports the companies activities
Undertake financial related tasks to support the Finance Department
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office role (preferable)
You must be local to Colindale NW9, eligible to work in UK (no student visa)
You must be available to work 1-2 Saturdays/month and it would be preferable if you live locally.
