We are looking for a warm, knowledgeable and proactive full time nanny our 4 month old b/g twins and 3.5 year old toddler.   We would like to find someone with a genuine passion for childcare and who has experience of baby twins and pre-schoolers. Our 3 year old is at nursery full time but we need someone who is going to engage will with him and involve him with his new siblings when he is home and assist with implementing a good routine for all three children.  The nanny wont often have to look after all three children alone but we need someone who wont be phased by this on an occasional basis as both parents work.  We need someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is happy to ‘Muck in’ and be flexible. The nanny must be comfortable with sole charge but also happy to have mum around as she often works from home and likes to spend time with the babies where possible. Equally we need to be able to rely upon the Nanny to use her own initiative and imagination to come up with suitable activities and ideas to engage the children so a good understanding of developmental milestones is ideal. A childcare qualification would be preferred, but experience, personality and positive attitude is the priority. Duties will consist of attending to the children’s nursery requirements (tidying their rooms, doing their laundry), some light housework, preparing healthy and nutritious meals from scratch, engaging the children in fun and educational games and play, taking them on outings to the park and classes (with mum and without). Caring for their hygiene, running child related errands, and keeping their parents in the loop.  Some babysitting will also be required. Fluent spoken English is a must.  The role is preferably live in but could also be live out.
