We are looking for experienced self employed Multi-Traders/ builders.

You must have experience and high standards in the following: • Kitchen Fitting • Bathroom Fitting including • General Maintenance including Basic Electrical/Part P • General Carpentry • General Building Work • 1st and 2nd Fix Plumbing. Must be able to read and understand drawings.
All prospective candidates MUST have the following: • Good command of English • Full Driving License • UK Bank Account • CIS/CSCS/UTR Number • Own tools and a vehicle.
Personal Qualities: • Polite, pleasant, and well presented • Hardworking • Clean and tidy • Good time-keeping • Punctual and reliable, honest and trustworthy • Live within a commutable distance of London area
Competitive rates of pay will depend on the experience.
