Experienced Multi Trader - London
London of Work: East London and West London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established family ran organisation who are leaders within their fields and who offer excellent career progression.
The work is typically reactive and planned maintenance from a small repair to small works such as kitchen and bathroom installations. It will be moving from job to job throughout the day/week predominantly on a reactive basis.
You will be liaising closely with the office repairs co-coordinator, undertaking planned and re active maintenance works as the jobs come through.
The Person
The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance background and will have a good all round ability. You will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a maintenance operative.
You will need to have all road "multi trade" skills and be able to carry out the following types of work:

Plastering 5sqm Upwards Ceilings and Walls.
General carpentry
Paint and decorating
Tiling
Basic plumbing
General handyman skills
