3D Couriers is looking for an experienced bike Courier Controller to join the control team.
Based in our central W1 office you will be under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Your package will be based on experience.
The core shift is 9:30 to 19:00 with an hour for lunch. Changes to this shift may be required from time to time.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Courier Controller running a busy courier circuit.
A good understanding of both customer care and courier retention is key to the service we provide.
