Location: Shoreditch - 2 minutes walk from Haggerston Overground Station.
Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer company. Serving over 150000 customers per year, we provide minicabs to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond. We are recruiting experienced Minicab Controllers / Dispatchers to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Live dispatching of jobs to drivers and partners.
* Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time.
* Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone and email.
* Communicating with management regarding driver performance and shift statistics Skills.
Skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to perform well under pressure

* Punctual and reliable

Hours
* Day (7/8am-4/6pm), evening (4/6pm-11pm) and weekend shifts.
* Full time applicants must be fully flexible to work days, evenings and weekends.
* Overtime available at times
Minimum 2 years experience as a dispatcher in an airport transfer business or other relevant field.
Salary
£10 - £13 Per hour depending on experience and after successful completion of training.
