We are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated and enthusiastic experienced receptionist to join our team within a private, busy clinic in Marylebone near Baker Street. A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills is essential for this role.
Our reception team is the heart and soul of the clinic and are the foundation of our clinic's success. The selected candidate must have excellent customer service, IT and accounting skills to be considered.The job role includes but is not limited to:
• Dynamically managing the various reception functions
• Ensuring a smooth patient experience through excellent customer service
• Dictating letters to consultants
• Reporting back to the Reception Manager and playing a key role in the reception team acting as a primary point of contact in reception
• Appropriate delegation of tasks
• Ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Ensuring clinic policies and procedures are followed by all administration staff
• Having experience within a private medical facility would be an advantage, particularly with the use of TM2 as operating software.
To be considered for this role you should be a focused and flexible in your approach to work as well as a great team player. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be ambitious and possess the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
