We are currently seeking Experienced Managers in the heart of London and the surrounding areas. We are looking for Managers with real drive, passion and commitment.
Manager duties:-
* Ensuring your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well.
* Leading from the front; meeting objectives and policies Training and developing your team.
* Opening and closing, and daily running of the restaurant.
* Meeting the budget and target forecasts.
* Stock control
* Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H and S / F and H regulations.

Management  requirements:-
* Previous experience as a Manager within a similar environment.
* Strong management and customer focused background.
* Loves people whether customers or staff.
* Positive, happy and energetic attitude
* Be authentic, dynamic and hands on
* Thrive on personal development
* Can do attitude
* Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment.
