Yeotown Kitchen is the London outpost of the award winning Yeotown Health Retreat in Devon, and London's first 'Mindfulness Cafe' located on Chiltern street in Marylebone. We are looking for a dynamic, customer oriented, highly competent Manager to run the day to day operations.    The ideal candidate will possess solid F and B management experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years ) and strong customer service skills. Please be organised, proficient in stock control, inventory management and an ability to keep cool under pressure during busy service is a must.
Duties to include hiring and training new staff, ensuring customer's needs are met, reviewing weekly KPI's, budgets, maintaining the Yeotown high standard of service, display and presentation is being delivered at all times, and all other basic Managerial duties. Please note this is a strong customer facing role and not an office position.
Salary up to £30k to start depending on experience. Benefits include one staff meal per shift, pension, holiday pay and 50% off any other food and beverage. Incentives also offered. Please send cv and cover letter.
