We are fast growing healthy food business based in New Malden London area.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED assistant for manager, mainly dealing with the following works
- Taking orders (mostly via email), occasionally via telephone
- Liaise with customers via email or telephone
- Printing labels
- Prepare documentations
- Some Customer service activities
- Prepare invoices
- Liaise with the team about customer orders
- Some marketing activities
- etc
We are looking for a hardworking employee, who could cope with busy environment. The successful candidate needs to
- have at least 2-3 years working experience in the similar roles
- be a team player, with good communication skills, and friendly personality
- be good in English, especially reading and written English, because every day there are lot of emails to read and to reply.
- be well-organised person, such that in the busy environment, priorities can be arranged in good order.
Working hours: 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday. There is half hour lunch break, and tea/coffee break in the morning and afternoon.
The starting salary is £26K per annum, with all normal UK paid holidays and public holidays. The first 3 months is probation period. Depending on the performance, the salary could be reviewed after probation period.
