We are currently looking for an experienced manager to manage our food court in shoreidtch.
the manager will be responsible for all 4 food kiosks and teams within the space.
General Manager Requirements:
Like our sites we are looking for Managers with personality, able to enjoy their job and motivate people to do it too.
People person, enthusiastic with a huge desire to look after our employees and customers alike to help grow and develop our team into future managers.

- Driven and ambitious.
- Similar experience advantageous but not essential.
- A hands on, CAN DO attitude manager.
General Manager Responsibilities:
-Full P and L accountability of the entire site which includes controlling cost/margins, salary wages, wastage, and food cost.
- Day to day running of the Food Court.
- Meeting the budget and forecast targets.
- Leading from the front; meeting objectives and policies.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Applying sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen, and dining areas.
- Recruitment and employment of Staff.
- Responsible for paperwork and legal documentation.
